Why we exist
Most wellbeing lessons tell teenagers what not to do. Superheroes of Behaviours flips it: it names the good, and turns each strength into a hero worth becoming. Twenty-one illustrated character profiles — from the Confidence Crusader to the Stress-Relief Sentinel — carry students through 60 original stories, 107 activities, discussions, reflections and assessments that build confidence, resilience, empathy and respect, and name and disarm the Shadow Critic of self-doubt.
Students stop feeling like the problem and start seeing themselves as the hero. That single shift is why this lands where worksheets don't.
One resource, four subjects
Because everything works through character profiles and stories, the same pack serves several faculties — one purchase, many classrooms:
Curriculum-aligned for Australia and the USA
Every hero is mapped to real outcomes on both sides of the Pacific — so the pack satisfies a department's requirement for an aligned wellbeing resource whether you teach in Sydney or San Diego:
Australia — Australian Curriculum v9 Health & Physical Education
(Personal, Social & Community Health), NSW PDHPE 7–10 Syllabus (2024), and
Life Skills outcomes.
United States — the CASEL 5 social-emotional competencies and
ASCA student standards, with the National Health Education Standards for health classrooms.
The full mapping, hero by hero, is on our Curriculum & Outcomes page. Students access all stories and activities directly on this site — every hero page carries its stories, discussions, reflections and assessments, ready to print, project or teach from screen.
